Wrought Iron is Powder Coated For a Protective Finish (it is also available in
flat finish.) Powder Coated
Wrought Iron lasts much longer than painted Iron. It does not fade,
crack, chip or scratch as easy.
Iron Powder Coat comes in many different colors.
All iron work, design/build and powder coating is done in McKinney,
Texas.

Automatic Gates:
Sliding Gates
(Gates that have a track on ground that wheels roll
on.)
These gates are considered drive gates or otherwise known as
automatic entry gates. (Commercial & Residential)
Swinging Gates
(Gates that swing from a post in the ground and swing
shut.) These gates are good for the smaller applications with low
wind areas. Most of the time these gates are Iron see through gates.
Gates can be solar or electric. We are
working on a gate that goes around corners as well, it is for the
people who have small back yards and need the security.

Automatic Gates or Drive Gates are very nice additions to your
property. If you have a backyard that is only half the size of the
total length of your home, we can make your backyard seem like it has doubled
the size just by adding an Automatic Gate. It gives
your kids more room to play on flat surfaces rather than playing in
the street. And without a doubt gives you more security around whole
backyard and gives you a better resale value. Most of the gates we
install are electric power, but we can also utilize solar power* in
areas that no electric power can be reached. Gates can be all wood or
iron. |
Wood Fencing:
Our wood fencing stands out from the crowd with many different designs
and styles to choose from. Anything you have seen or want, we will
build and install *. Most fences replaced are made out of Western Red
Cedar. Visit

All fences we install can be pre-dipped at our facility which is a colored stain and an
oil based sealer which we
recommend when installing a new fence. This process submerges every
piece of wood in a staining solution to give the fence a protective
seal for durability for years to come. Unlike spraying the fence after
installation the pre-dipped process stains all pieces of wood front,
back, top bottom, between boards and in cracks that a normal sprayer
cannot reach. The pre-dipped process is also cheaper to stain your
fence before it is installed rather than after installation. There are
no drips or over spray on your neighbors home or vehicles that you
have to worry about. It also does not kill your grass unlike the spray
on type.

Arbors:
Any type of arbor you can think of, we can build and install. Most
of the time they are Cedar but some people get Treated Lumber and
make the arbor. Cedar looks so much better and lasts just as long if
treated properly. We can customize the arbor with different cuts and
trim and give it a very nice look.

Decks:
Arbors and Decks are built the same way. With care and quality you
would expect. If you choose all wood products each piece of wood can
be pre-diped just like the fences for the best coverage. Click on

Stains:
We stain wood. Mostly wood fences. From light brown to dark brown
and from light reddish orange to dark reddish orange. Some fences
need power washing if in bad shape. But some just need a cleaning
before the new stain goes on. We handle all of it.
Our staining of fences are beautiful when complete. At "GREEN" & SON
we take pride in every job we do. Even if we did not install the fence
to begin with, you will still get a stained fence like we have
installed it. |
