If you already possess a floor plan, we encourage you to bring it to your first meeting with us. However, if you're starting from scratch, don't worry. We can sketch your ideas during your meeting, transforming initial concepts into a tangible plan with the help of our trusted draftsman. Whether you need recommendations for professional drafting services or prefer to work directly from your inspirations, we're here to facilitate every step.

A visit to your lot allows us to assess the land's potential and determine any necessary groundwork. This visit, which can coincide with your initial consultation if you're prepared is also the perfect opportunity to discuss additional structures, such as storm shelters, shops, or barns, ensuring a holistic approach to planning your property. Once we've finalized the main floor plans, our team will meticulously calculate the cost per square foot, taking into account design intricacies, materials, and the footprint of your home. This thorough process culminates in a detailed bid, presenting you with a clear picture of your investment. Subsequent meetings are dedicated to refining your plans. We'll discuss any desired changes and adjust the cost accordingly, ensuring your vision is perfectly captured in the final blueprint. The commencement of construction is a milestone moment. Upon agreeing to the terms and signing the contract, we'll outline the timeline, considering weather conditions and material availability, to offer a realistic start date. Typically, a custom home of around 2000 square feet takes between 6 to 9 months to complete, while more elaborate custom homes may require additional time.
